The website serves public attraction, city, and experience content and basic, privacy-respecting analytics (no advertising cookies). The Travel Tale app may collect account details (e.g. phone number for sign-in), saved places, and usage needed to provide audio guides and subscriptions.
How we use it
To provide and improve the guide, deliver the audio-guide experience, and process subscriptions and vouchers in the app.
Your rights & data deletion
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Account deletion is available in the app (Settings → Delete Account) and via our request form.
