Getting the app
Travel Tale is free to download on iOS and Android, with stories in 7 languages. Start free — premium stories and trails can be unlocked in the app. Get the app
Subscriptions & purchases
Subscriptions and unlocks are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and can be managed or cancelled there at any time (App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play: Menu → Payments & subscriptions).
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refund requests go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, or the order history in Google Play. If you're stuck, contact us and we'll help you through it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent. If you can't access the app, contact us and we'll delete it for you.
